More About Me

Kristin Chalfant has been helping clients navigate their real estate needs for many years. Her experience in high end property management and development coupled with years in new home sales, distressed property management, and HOA management, have all helped shape her career making her an asset to investors and owners alike.

Originally from a small town in Kansas, Kristin moved to Memphis to attend Rhodes College.  After graduation, she moved to Boston where she began her career in art and advertising and a few years later she made her way to Santa Fe where her passion for art was realized as a gallery director.  She eventually came to Denver, starting her career in real estate where she opened and managed Palomino Park in Highlands Ranch, Penterra Plaza in the DTC, The Pinnacle at City Park South, and then managed a generous portfolio of historic properties in LODO including Ice House, Street Car Stables and Wazee Wire Works to name a few.

Ready for a change from management, Kristin transitioned to new home sales with Shea Homes where she helped open and sell new communities at Trail Mark, Stonebury, and Reunion, and also several private home developers where she helped buyers navigate contracts, home design choices, and coordinating timing with all phases of construction.

Kristin and her husband eventually traded city life for a home in Roxborough Park where they have resided for many years.   Kristin enjoys helping homeowners navigate the sale of their home, buyers finding the right home for their stage of life, investors finding the right asset for their portfolio, and also assisting the 55+ active adult to find their best community.
